UK Rock and Blues Festival – Back On!

STOP PRESS!!!

After much speculation, it is with great pleasure that we can announce that the ROCK AND BLUES CUSTOM SHOW has now been officially rescheduled and confirmed. The dates for the festival remain the same, with the only change being a change in the festival site. The organisers have moved the event back to their usual site:

CONEGREY SHOWGROUND, CHESTERFIELD RD,
PENTRICH, NR RIPLEY, DERBYSHIRE.

GLENN will still be headlining as before on FRIDAY JULY 25TH.

Two tickets and Two backstage passes for GLENN HUGHES Liverpool gig on Saturday 7th June 08 at Liverpool Carling Academy plus 2 T-shirts and 2 signed “FIRST UNDERGROND NUCLEAR KITCHEN” (F U N K) CD’s.

All items are a package that is being auctioned to raise funds for The Linda McCartney Cancer Centre in Liverpool.

Backstage signed instant polaroid photograph with Glenn will also be included.

The lucky winner will also receive 2 guest list entries to The Final of The Linda McCartney Cancer Centre Music Competition at The Cavern Club, rear stage, on the afternoon of 7th June ( doors 12 noon, show 1pm).

A great day and evening out in Liverpool in the year that it is The European Capital of Culture awaits the lucky winner.

This is your chance to see Glenn perform for the 1st time in Liverpool since 1976 and help a worthy cause at the same time.

Rock legend Glenn Hughes recalls the last time he played Liverpool in March 1976 with Deep Purple and looks forward to returning on Saturday, June 7th with his own band, at the Carling Academy.
