I just watched the BCC trailer, and wanted to know if anybody out there knows what piece of music was playing a the beginning? I'm referring to the classical piece...

that classical overture is "The Ride of the Valkyries" by Richard Wagner (some might remember it from the movie "Apocalypse Now")

No, believe it's something different... they used ROV at the gigs, but not in this trailer...

Yes, sorry, just listened to the trailer again and that's another theme - not the same as they used live at the shows - but I think it's also Wagner, we'll find out...

Oh dear...that's me talking big...
Tried all evening to find out what's hiding behind that "Revolution of the Machine" but didn't get it. Looked for Wagner, Beethoven and some English composers of the 19th century - maybe I was looking totally wrong. My head's buzzing now and I keep hearing machine noises...arrrgh
So - if someone should know or find out - I would be very glad as well to know what piece of music was used!

Is Live Over Europe going to get a regular retail release in Europe? I can't find any pre-order links on either play.com or amazon.co.uk.

Icon32 BCC On Palladia
Just finished watching the 2010 High Voltage Festival on the Palladia Channel. Afterwards they showed a commercial for their Palladia Premieres show on Saturday nights. One of the clips was of BCC. Their website doesn't give a date yet, but no doubt soon after the release it will air.

So, anyone that gets Palladia keep an eye out for it.

What? Now that's a surprise! Up to now I thought Kevin is a producer, not a song writer?
Edit: Just seen that Jeff Bova is a keyboardist, composer, arranger and record producer - well, my deep respect to Kevin and Jeff for that fine bit of dramatic overture!

Can't wait until my dvd is there...

My DVD arrived today - and I sang hip hip hooray!
(Oh shut up, Heidi!)

Well, had a short sneak inside but can't watch it all before wednesday. Curious but I seem to love the footage of Berlin a lot...

Very much looking forward to the bonus features as well!

Oh yes, and going back to that question about the Intro: I was asking Kevin Shirley about the future of BCC (very nice guy who replied fast, friendly and helpful) and I also mentioned this subject and his info is:
