Arrow DEEP PURPLE AND ORCHESTRA LIVE 2011.

Some special news: Deep Purple are going to do a couple of huge live shows with Orchestra in July 2011. The will play huge Open Air shows.
What I read about it, it will not be a Concerto For Group and Orchestra but a Deep Purple with Orchestra GREATEST HITS LIVE (Deepest Purple Live?).
Two shows have shown up till now: 18th July 2011 in Verona, Italy and 22nd of July 2011 in the Schlosspark in Kunselsau Germany.
Deep Purple are classical rockers. I'm looking forward to this tour.
I read also a few rumours that there would be also Purple members from the past on these concerts (Jon Lord, Joe Lynn Turner, David Coverdale or maybe GLENN?).
A kind of Mk3 reunion (maybe with Blackmore jr.) during this tour would be nice

Wow that's interesting Yvonne. I don't know if the come to The Netherlands, but the Amphitheatre in Gelsenkirchen is not so far to drive. I've seen a great Purple show in 1999 there in Gelsenkirchen with DIO as a support. Me and my mate Theo got am after show pass (Abandon tour) and we have had some Great Time with Dio and the Purple guys. It would be nice to see the band with Orchestra there again.
In fact it's not a HUGE open air show, but a very NICE venue
