Shirean: Hi everyone
Guido: Hello David and Shirean.
Guido: I post on the site as gman.
David: Hi Guido, Hi Tony - pleased you found us ok here at "glennhughes.com" - still getting used to that
Guido: Hello tony g. Hi David.
tony g: hi David -got another ticket that i hope i get to use
captmidnite1962: Happy sunday!
Guido: Hi captmidnite 1962.
tony g: yeah baby!!!
captmidnite1962: Well..are we keeping things FUNKY??
Shirean: its a sleepy sunday for me I can't seem to stay awake today
Guido: Ticket to see Glenn, tony g?
David: Hi Capt'n
captmidnite1962: What a way to break in the new CD...on the road..it was great
Guido: I still have to get it.
tony g: yes yes RRFC Chicago
David: Yeah, it's definitely a road trip CD - get's your blood pumpin'
Guido: Great!
captmidnite1962: NEH Guido...you can't go wrong!!
Guido: I'm going to order it from NEH.
Guido: ha ha.
tony g: great bass coming through on this cd
David: That's cool Tony - so pleased you're finally going to catch him live, even though it's not a real solo thing....
Guido: With Desmond Child and Rouge cd.
David: Where you from Guido?
Guido: I'm from NJ.
captmidnite1962: I still need to get Hughes Thrall from NEH
Guido: Born in Naples and raised in Brooklyn.
David: Cool - lots from Jersey around here
captmidnite1962: Just across the river from me here in NYC
David: GH definitely as an East Coast vibe going on
captmidnite1962: Hey Guido...you and Conchita traded places!
Guido: One of my big regrets was not going to see Glenn in NYC.
tony g: i hope so David -im starting to get paranoid about it but im sure it will be okay this time
captmidnite1962: Here's hoping it doesn't snow Tony!
Shirean:
David: In August!! But with Tony's luck so far, it wouldn't surprise me!!
captmidnite1962: Tony..where are you going to see Glenn?
tony g: that want it capt - i couldnt get the days off and really couldnt afford to just take them regardless
tony g: wasnt it
captmidnite1962: I read Simon Robinson's review of FUNK over at the DPAS site..now he GETS it!!
tony g: be cool David!!!!!!!!!
Guido: I've only read one bad review on Rock Report.
Guido: But Kip Winger got raves even though it doesn't sound like Winger the band.
Guido: Not very consistant.
captmidnite1962: The title should tell you a lot...Rock Report??
Guido: True.
Shirean: David's going to see Glenn in Orlando when he gets here
captmidnite1962: When is that ?
David: August Bill....he'll be in NYC too....with the RRFC.
Guido: Oooh.
captmidnite1962: OK..I will have to look into that!
David: All the dates are in the "Tour" section...
Guido: I'll check it out. Thanks, David.
tony g: he should be on stage for at least one song right David?
David: He and his campers will perform their song and I believe he'll be up there for a finale with all the diferent guest musicians.
tony g: ok
tony g: cool
captmidnite1962: Between Glenn, Robin Trower's new CD, The Move and UFO I was jamming on my trip!
Guido: Would you guys say FUNK is more like Peaches & Incense or Play Me Out?
captmidnite1962: Both..with a healthy dose of Soul Mover!
David: PMO most definitely but there are a couple on IandP that fit the same vibe, don't you think?
Guido: I love it when Glenn is at his smoothest.
captmidnite1962: Sure....Satelite and the final track
David: Ha ha, I just noticed I didn't remove the GHPG banner
captmidnite1962: And the shirts they are selling at Glenn's shows..those are killer!
David: Yes Tony.
tony g: were did you see those capt?
Guido: brb
captmidnite1962: Jerome (Nathalie's husband) was modeling one in a post on the forum
David: Cool shirts, huh - apparently there are 4 different styles to choose from - haven't seen them though, so can't give you the lowdown....
captmidnite1962: David...I have been meaning to ask..now that the sites are merged..and I know you have a hundred things to do yet..but will there be shirts with Glenn's image available at some point?
captmidnite1962: I know you couldn't sell them before because GHPG wasn't Glenn's official site and such..
David: I would hope so Bill - it's something I need to talk to him about, well the manager specifically. So if I get my way, yes!
Guido: Guys, when and where did you see Glenn for he first time?
captmidnite1962: Orlando 2003..Velvet Sessions..where I met all these crazy people!
David: First live gig was during the "Feel" tour, so 1995...
Guido: Ahh.
David: then again in '96 and ever since really!!
Shirean: "Feel" tour 1995 for me too!
Guido: Was Pat Thrall playing guitar?
Guido: In 1995?
David: No, George Nastos and Dave Patton...
tony g: never -was gonna see him in detroit but he got sick-but then he called me so that lessened the pain a great deal
captmidnite1962: That must have been too cool Tony!
Guido: He called you. How great was that/
tony g: i just missed him capt but he left a message on the macine
tony g: machine -you could tell he was still sick
captmidnite1962: Imagine hearing that voice on your machine..
Guido: Yeah.
tony g: it was the greatest-i had to sit down for a minute!!!!
captmidnite1962: Knock you over with a feather right?
Guido: tony g, how did that phone call come about? How does he know you?
tony g: yes
Guido: Are you a musician?
David: You can really hear George shining through on We Go To War, eh.....
tony g: David -thats the first set of songs where i can truly say that i like the horns in them
tony g: the bass sound on the whole cd is great -really drives the music
David: yeah, it really gives you a kick! Great stuff....
captmidnite1962: And the guys in the band all do stellar work
Guido: And he's really such a great bass player. His bass playing added so much to Deep Purple. More than he ever gets credit for.
David: Each shine in the right places and I was really impressed with Chad's drumming, talk about giving it the "Moon" treatment!!
tony g: and that live vesion of burn they are doing-thats the best !!!!!!!! the video you but on is the best ive seen
captmidnite1962: I also bought the Friday records version of Come Taste The Band..jammed that on the road as i don't have my CD's here
Guido: I just listened to Burn on Live on the wings cd in the car on Friday.
David: to be honest, I could do without that and Mistreated - but I guess he has to leave them in for old times sake. The 20 minutes used them could be put to far better use
captmidnite1962: I do think there is an improvement in the sound over the old Metal Blade records version that I bought back in 1991
tony g: him and chad are at their best together
captmidnite1962: Yes..they cook together!
Guido: A great bass player playing with a great drummer is rare and it's magic when you listen to record featuring both.
Guido: Oops, cd.
David: Record works for me Guido
Guido:
tony g: i still have a ton of them
Guido: Me, too.
captmidnite1962: So do I..about 250 or so...they are boxed up down in VA
Guido: It's a shame that drums still don't sound right on cds.
Guido: Listen to Heart's magic man on lp vs. re-mastered. It's still not there.
tony g: i got a lot of stuff like that Guido
Shirean: Oh no, Guido opened the Heart door for me
Guido: I'll say this for cd's, they still sound better what most people listen to on there ipods.
Guido: Yes, I remembered that you love them.
Guido: Since the last chat I came to.
Guido: I've since bought the first two releases re-mastered.
captmidnite1962: Hey Shirean..i also gave Ann Wilson's Hope And Glory a spin on the road too!
Guido: Love 'em Shirean.
Shirean: Cool Bill
captmidnite1962: I have a lot of CD's in the car...stuff i have bought since I moved to NY and stuff i have copied from my collection
Shirean: Going to see them in Tampa in July with Journey and CheapTrick
Guido: Sounds great.
Guido: Should be quite a show.
Shirean: Got special fan club seating!
captmidnite1962: That is a cool bill....Cheap trick are always a great show
Guido: And I hear great things about Journey's new singer.
Guido: But, I'm partial to Jeff Scott Soto.
air dance: hi people
Guido: Hi air dance.
Shirean: Welcome air dance
air dance: thank u
captmidnite1962: Yes...he sounds just like Steve Augeri!
Guido: Anybody going to get the new Jorn cd? One version has a cover of Stormbringer?
air dance: when it will be released
Guido: June 6th.
Guido: Two versions will be released.
Guido: One will have two bonus tracks.
Guido: I'm up in the air on it.
air dance: bonus for Japan only? or for all
Guido: No, it wont be Japanese only.
Guido: It will only be one dollar more on NEH.
Guido: At least for the pre-order price.
Guido: I really like Jorn, but I never play his solo albums.
Guido: Except unlocking the past.
Guido: Killer version of Burn.
air dance: Burn in which album?
Guido: He sounds better when he's smoother. Like on the Snakes and Ken Hensley's Blood on the Highway.
Guido: Burn is on Unlocking the Past.
Guido: It's a covers album.
captmidnite1962: I still have to get Mister Hensley's latest...
Guido: yes captmidnite.
air dance: i am not into jorn too much but ill try to get this album just for Buuuuuurn
Guido: It's really, good.
captmidnite1962: Those covers CD's....I don't see the point...
Guido: I think he's paying tribute to his heroes.
Guido: I love his version of Thunder & Lightning even more than Thin Lizzy's.
captmidnite1962: I bought the 2nd Pat Travers Trio disc...I listened to it a few times....unless you reinvent the songs it seems like a case of What do we do now Coach?
air dance: i am toooo deep into yngwie malmsteen but...he hasnt released any thing since 2004
air dance:
captmidnite1962: And don't get me started on his version of Red Skies...scary!
Guido: Scary in a bad way? ha ha.
captmidnite1962: The drummer sings it...
captmidnite1962: or screeches his way through it
Guido: Do you guys ever think about dream Glenn Hughes collaborations?
captmidnite1962: Some choices are odd..Green Eyed Lady and Black Night..songs built around keyboards
Guido: How about Glenn singing Yngvie's Making Love?
Shirean: Prince?
air dance: but Glenn concentrates on his solo career more than collabrations i think
Guido: Good one, Shirean.
captmidnite1962: Yes..he has put a lot of that hired gun singing behind him..
Guido: Glenn and Street's Mike Slamer?
David: I know Shirean would like to see him do something with Ann Wilson at some point.
Guido: Glenn and John Sykes.
Guido: I know these will never happen.
air dance: Glenn and Malmsteen but this is in my wildest dreams
Shirean: air dance where are you from?
air dance: New Zealand
captmidnite1962: The story behind the Glenn/John Sykes c
Guido: But John's Love Songs album is really good, but his singing is just okay.
captmidnite1962: collaboration on HTP was kinda funny..
David: I think the way it's going to go from here is more of the funk. If you're a fan of the rock Glenn, those days are numbered, if not already gone...
captmidnite1962: That doesn't break my heart actually
Guido: Glenn seems to go through phases, though.
Guido: Addiction was almost grunge.
air dance: nooooooo i love the hard rock glenn from now on addiction but i am a glenn fan and i love all of his albums
David: I think this time, he has truely broken out of his shell and isn't afraid anymore to tell it how it is, so to speak....musically.
captmidnite1962: Oh yeah...cue that up and it was as modern and topical as the six o'clock news
tony g: i think its like chad said one time-no matter what its still glenn
air dance: addiction heavyy metal and i love itttttt
Guido: I'll stick with Glenn no matter what.
Guido: Occasionally, I'll play the basement tapes.
air dance: no the work tapes
Guido: Right. ha ha.
David: Don't get me wrong, I love all his music, even From Now On!! But he is at his best when he's laying down the funk!
air dance: i love a track in it named funk music
tony g: its were he is happiest
David:
Guido: My favorite is Feel. Everything is there, but the kitchen sink.
captmidnite1962: I always thought Push! was killer....
air dance: just moove to funk music
captmidnite1962: And to hear him do that live on the Funky Business boot was a treat!
Guido: You know what's a good Funk/Rock cd? Mother's finest's Iron Age.
Guido: It's going to be re-released.
Guido: That's be a cool tour.
air dance: but weeeee the metal heads nead also a treat
tony g: you guys- the weather is finally nice around here right now -my son is on me to take him to the pool - i gotta go-
Guido: MF opening for Glenn.
captmidnite1962: I have 3 James Brown multi CD sets that have almost all the funk you could ever need!
Guido: Nice talking to you, Tony.
Guido: Have fun.
captmidnite1962: Take care Tony!
air dance: have fun tony g - bye
Shirean: I don't care what GH does in the future - I'll buy it! I love it all!
air dance: mee too
Guido: Yup.
Shirean: Bye Tony have fun
Guido: His voice transcends genre.
tony g: David/Shirean-you guys lead and i will always follow -bye all you guys -god bless glenn hughes!!!!!!
air dance: bye people nice to talk to uuuuuuuuuuuuu
captmidnite1962: Take care Airdance!
Shirean: Bye air dance
Guido: Take care, air dance.
air dance: thank u
Guido: Have you guys bought the new Whitesnake?
Shirean: Hi Chris
captmidnite1962: Hey Chris!
Guido: Hi chris.
chrisloeb: Hi there - a quiet evening... afternoon!
Guido: In case you haven't bought the new Whitesnake, it's a grower.
Guido: Although not the lyrics. ha ha.
captmidnite1962: I don't go looking for trouble...
captmidnite1962: It's always coming my way...
Guido: Pure poetry.
chrisloeb: Thought I'd drop by and see how everyone is doing!
chrisloeb: Good to see you, Bill! It's been a while!
captmidnite1962: Yes it has..i got a lap top so i can participate again
Shirean: Cool Bill
captmidnite1962: That was driving me nuts not having a computer at home
Guido: Hi Chris. You have a Greg Lake avatar in the forum?
chrisloeb: Bill, I very much enjoy reading your posts though, but you know that!
chrisloeb: True, Guido - where are you from?
Guido: New Jersey.
David: Hi Christian - thanks again for the late night post the other night.
captmidnite1962: Thanks chris...glad you got to see glenn recently!~
Shirean: So did you buy a shirt Christian?
Guido: I've been listen to the Greg Lake/Gary Moore stuff lately.
Guido: Awesome stuff.
Guido: Studio and Live on King Biscuit...
chrisloeb: My pleasure, David. I added another great pic that Alex sent over just an hour ago - my favourite, actually!
captmidnite1962: I got a note from Wolfy...he is moving and can't be here..but he told me that Mel was tickled by all the interest in his guitar...
chrisloeb: ABSOLUTELY NO MERCH AT ALL AT THE SHOW, Shirean!!!
Shirean: What???
captmidnite1962: Jerome got lucky then huh?
chrisloeb: The King Biscuit recording is great, Guido - but I haven't listened to it in ages!
chrisloeb: True, Shirean. I guess restock hadn't arrived yet!???
Guido: Great on all counts. Just wish Gary was a little higher in the mix.
Guido: Still a special release.
Guido: I hope these guys eat right and exercise. I want them to live forever and keep making music.
Guido: Glenn, Gary, Greg lake, ann wilson, DC.
captmidnite1962: Yes..all those health scares with Asia...
Guido: We'll never see the likes of them again.
chrisloeb: Also I was a bit surprised that the Tour Manager (has Carl Swann cut off all his hair and wears glasses or is that another guy??) asked me wether I had bought FUNK in a shop, and where. He was then either surprised or relieved that it is available in the stores in Vienna....!?
chrisloeb: Actually I'm going to see the original ASIA in less than a week, again in Bratislava...
Guido: Cal Swann from Lion?
Shirean: No, that's Colin, Christian...
captmidnite1962: I can almost hear Steve Howe lecturing them..c'mon lads..you've go to go veggie!
Guido: Hey, by the way, I love john wetton.
Guido: I recently bought Battle Lines.
David: That's another guy Christian - Anders perhaps
captmidnite1962: So do I...glad he is over his health crisis
Guido: yes.
Guido: His voice. Another gift from God.
captmidnite1962: He was absolutely MONSTER on the bass back in Crimson!
captmidnite1962: He still sounds great!
Guido: I should see when Asia is going to be in this area.
captmidnite1962: I missed them! They were here the same night UFO was!
Guido: My brother say UFO in LA a few years back. Said they were great. Phil Mogg still sounds great, he said.
chrisloeb: Anders was on stage - I recognised him easily, David!

So that was Colin, I see. He was quite stressful, wouldn't let anyone except for the Chili Peppers girls too near to Glenn, even at the bus. I'm glad I got my CD signed.
David: Sounds more like Colin then, from your description Christian - haven't seen him for a few months, didn't know he had shaved his head!
Shirean: that has to be Colin - Carl would never cut his hair
chrisloeb: I remember Carl from last time - very tall, long blond hair and relaxed.... quite the contrary to this guy.
captmidnite1962: Phil was in great spirits when I saw them..cracking jokes and giving Vinnie a hard time!
David: Did you know Luis (Maldonado) played rhythm for them not too long ago...on tour...
Guido: It's a natural thing... ha ha.
captmidnite1962: Yes...depping for Paul Raymond
captmidnite1962: Paul got fed up after Mickey's Meltdown in Japan..went out for cigarettes and didn't come back
Guido: Which meltdown? ha ha.
chrisloeb: talking 'bout monsters on the bass. Glenn's playing the other night was unbelievably great. And he put on a great show on the bass too!
chrisloeb: I need one of those Yamahas!
Guido: Glenn is a bass player that can motor.
Guido: Do you guys give the RHCP music the thumbs up? Are they worth exploring?
captmidnite1962: The Sun Plaza 1998...schenker smashed his guitar and walked off...then tried to wrap a metal chair around Paul's head backstage
Shirean: I like the greatest hits CD
Guido: Capt. I heard about that.
Guido: Maybe I should start with that.
Guido: The greatest hits cd.
Guido: John Frusciante solo cd's get raves.
Shirean: Hi trapezoid
Guido: Hi trapezoid
chrisloeb: Frusciante Solo: there's many of them - hard to pick one to start with. Inmaculada can probably help you here?
Guido: Thanks, Chris.
chrisloeb: Hi trapezoid
Guido: So much good music. So little time.
trapezoid: Howdy folks, trouble logging in,sorry i'm late
captmidnite1962: I hear you there Guido!
chrisloeb: By the way, Bill. I'm listening to a CD on the Wounded Bird label now
captmidnite1962: Which one?
chrisloeb: Detective, first album
captmidnite1962:
Guido: Micheal Des Barres?
Shirean: What kind of trouble trapezoid?
captmidnite1962: Oh yeah....Tony Kaye, Michael monarch..
chrisloeb: Yes, Guido and Tony Kaye on keys
Guido: Cool.
Guido: I have to pick up Gamma 2. I love Gamma 1.
trapezoid: Tried password , didnt work
captmidnite1962: I need to get Jan Hammer and Jerry goodman's disc Like Children from them
Guido: Mine didn't either, Shirean
chrisloeb: I have that on vinyl, Bill
Shirean: David, are you taking notes?
David: The username/password are separate/different than the Fan Forum .... but as you found out, you can join the CHAT as a guest.....
captmidnite1962: Oh man...Wounded Bird put it out..and Jan remastered it!
captmidnite1962: Maybe they can put out the Warners Trapeze CD's
Guido: How great is Wounded Bird? How great is Wounded Bird?
captmidnite1962: I think they are dynamite!
chrisloeb: Have you got the other Jan Hammer/Hammer albums from the 70s, Bill? Some excellent stuff on Melodies and Oh Yeah! for example
captmidnite1962: They picked up the torch from One Way records
captmidnite1962: I need to get those Christian
captmidnite1962: And a Whitesnake link..Colin hodgkinson played with Jan Hammer!
Guido: Wow.
chrisloeb: The 1975 Trapeze record was reissued by One Way, wasn't it?
captmidnite1962: Yes it was....i have them all..
chrisloeb: Yes, Colin was the bass player, and later singer, sans bass (!) in Hammer.
chrisloeb: or vice versa
captmidnite1962: And I am glad i bought them when I did..they want a fortune for them on e-bay
Guido: Are you guys familiar with Captain Beyond? I have the first album but have trouble warming up to it. I hear that the 2nd album is better.
captmidnite1962: Oh no...quite the opposite!
Guido: I like Rod Evans.
captmidnite1962: The first album is fantastic
Guido: I'll have to listen to it more.
trapezoid: FUNK is a great new CD don't ya think.
Shirean: Yes - FUNK is great!
captmidnite1962: The second one is a lot mellower..Bobby Caldwell had quite and took a lot of the fire with him
captmidnite1962: Fabulous drummer...
Guido: Yes, he was great on the Armageddon cd with Keith Relf on vocals.
chrisloeb: Haven't got anything from Captain Beyond..... yet
captmidnite1962: There is video on You tube of Captain Beyond's first show in Montreux
Guido: I'm going to order FUNK soon.
captmidnite1962: NEH baby....
Guido: Thanks, Bill. I'll check it out.
Guido: NEH is great.
chrisloeb: FUNK is great, yes. Funnily enough I thought that some of the songs would have been better on M4TD, before I listened to the Podcast...
captmidnite1962: David...i sent NEH a note...had to drop your name of course!
David: Thanks Bill - hopefully they'll start an affiliate program soon!
captmidnite1962: And I plugged the site too!
Shirean: My favorite track this week is Never Say Never glad they put it in the set list!
chrisloeb:
...and I still don't like the studio version of Never Say Never - but it's a killer Live!
trapezoid: Oil and Water My Fave at first. All tracks are Super!
captmidnite1962: I need to take a drive and spin FUNK again!
Guido: And I'll get ready for Funk by pulling out Play me out.
chrisloeb: My favourite at the moment is We Shall Be Free - that was also one of the (many) highlights of the show
Shirean: Can't wait to see the boys live (2 weeks and counting)!
captmidnite1962: Go on and rub it in!!
chrisloeb: You're both flying over to the UK, Shirean? Or even the three of you?
Guido: Rub It In right to the top... ha ha.
Shirean: Yes all of us going to the UK
chrisloeb: Cool
Guido: How many are going?
trapezoid: Videos from the tour really impressive. Lucky folks going to UK.
Shirean: all 3 gigs in the UK
David: They'll be a good contingent from here no doubt
chrisloeb: All I managed to get past the Colin guy to Glenn at the bus was to say Hello to David and Shirean...
captmidnite1962: I thought it was cool that Chip flew to the UK for Mel's party
Guido: Wow.
David: Cool - so the password worked then
Shirean:
chrisloeb: I could have used this 45 minutes earlier...
Guido: I'm going to go guys. It's been fun chatting with you. See you on the board. Rock on and funk on! Enjoy the concerts
captmidnite1962: Take care Guido!
Guido: Take care, bill.
David: Thanks for joining us Guido, hope to see you again....
Shirean: Bye Guido
trapezoid: Bye Guido!
chrisloeb: See you around, Guido. You seem to have great taste in music!

Bye for now
Guido: Thanks for hosting the chat and for the wonderful site.
Guido: Thanks, Chris.
Guido: Take care, all.
David: Bye 4 now....
chrisloeb: The site looks great, by the way. Congratulations on the new job!
David: Thanks Christian... We're still getting used to our new home...keep logging into GHPG.net out of habit though! Still have a lot of work to do here, but should be done shortly I hope!
trapezoid: Been a hectic few weeks I'll bet.
David: You can say that again!
David: Hi Susan
captmidnite1962: Hello susan!
TexasSusan: Hey all...better late than never
chrisloeb: I mistakenly go to GHPG.net all the time...

Can't change a multi-year habit from one day to another...
Kat: howdy
David: Hi Kat, long time no see!
Shirean: Hi Kat, Susan
TexasSusan: Hi, Kat
trapezoid: Howdy Susan
chrisloeb: Hi Susan, Hi Kat, long time!
Kat: yepper
Kat: so busy on scheduled chat days lol
TexasSusan: Roger is hangin' out in the background...he says hello, too.
Shirean: Hi Roger
Kat: but this month I was busy last weekend for FMF so here I am
captmidnite1962: Maybe Santa will leave him an SG in his stocking!
trapezoid: Howdy Roger
chrisloeb: a Gibson SG that is?
captmidnite1962: Oh yeah!
chrisloeb: Luis played a white one on two songs
captmidnite1962: I saw that in the pictures
chrisloeb: Don't Let Me Bleed and.... have to think about the second one
Shirean: How was the chemistry between JJ and Luis?
chrisloeb: chemistry was excellent - lots of smiles and grins - especially when they spotted the dancing Roger Whitaker lookalike in the audience
chrisloeb: the harmony guitar parts are specially great!
David:
chrisloeb: you should have seen this guy!
David: there was one like that in Detroit - a Chad fanatic - jeez, you couldn't shut him up
Kat: lol
trapezoid:
captmidnite1962: This band sounds like it can do anything...hope to see them Stateside
chrisloeb: the three girls in the front row were also Chad fanatics, but in a very nice kind of way - and they absolutely adored Glenn, and showed all the time! Great to see really young people dig the music
trapezoid: Great energy level from all players.
chrisloeb: I was tempted to post, that I feel like 25 in the young people thread the other day...
captmidnite1962: I bet they made you feel that way!
chrisloeb: but then I had one beer to many the other night, and didn't...
Kat: lol
David:
Shirean: Kat - Glenn is coming to Orlando
Kat: yeah I saw that when I logged in today
Kat: not a Glenn show but better than nothing
Shirean: David will be going..
Kat: I'll be there with my son David
captmidnite1962: THat is cool...it is a RRFC deal right?
Kat: not you?
Kat: yeah
Shirean: Nope, I have kid duty that day...
trapezoid: I'm looking to Nashville.
TexasSusan: I saw Dallas, but it is during the week and I can't take off that week. If it was a solo show...I would find a way, though
Kat: awww too bad
captmidnite1962: I will check on the NYC date...that would be fun!
Shirean: plus I'm going to Tampa in July to see the Heart, Journey, CheapTrick show
captmidnite1962: Hey Chris..I didn't get to see circa...couldn't get off from work...
Kat: I wonder if he has any time with that kind of thing for a visit? probably has a full schedule
Kat: nice Shirean
Kat: did you guys get out to see any of FMF last weekend?
chrisloeb: That's too bad, Bill. They also cancelled their European dates, I guess because Alan White is on Tour with Yes
David: plus she's been to a bunch of others this year "solo", so don't think she's locked up, if anything I have been
David: Doro and Heart come to mind
Shirean:
Kat: lol David
Shirean: Doro rawked - I had a blast!
