Icon34 'Stunning' Record Collector GH review

Hi All,

Can't remember seeing a post on this - June edition of 'Record Collector' has a great review of the GH Shepherds Bush gig.

excerpts include;

'Hughes and band were on stunning form...'

'.......with a storming set of songs. The Mark 3 Purple tunes Hughes knocked out, including a mighty version of Burn, were obvious highlights, but his own material (notably Don't Let Me Bleed and his signature tune, Soul Mover) is equally solid. But it was the 54-year-old singer's unearthly vocals that left the audience stunned.'

'If any proof was needed that the 'Voice of Rock' still deserves his nickname, tonights gig provided plenty.

Stay Fun(ky)

Thanks Mike - I'd actually posted this in the 'Live' section the other day, for those who would actually like to see it.
