Lightbulb Prince

Is there any Prince fans out there. I am also a fan of Prince and I have 2 of his albums on CDs. They are called Musicology and 3121. I also like a lot of his old stuff too. What is your favourite Prince albums

Hi Ayesha

Been a fan for a good many years but can't really get on with his newer stuff.
I like the late 80s,early 90's with favourite albums 'Sign of the Times' , 'Diamonds & Pearls' , & 'Symbol' .
If you get a chance, check out the offshoot band 'The Time', featuring Morris Day on lead vcls.
Prince's name has also cropped up on a variety of other artist's albums over the years, either as a song writer and/or guest, most recently Stevie Wonder comes to mind.
Cheers
Ben

You should check out Shawn Smith's solo stuff Ayesha.

he was/is also the voice/songwriter of the bands Brad and Satchel. A real monumental talent.

I was and still is a fan of prince. It's hard to have a favorite album by him.I love all his stuff. But, if I had to choose I would have to say Purple Rain. All of his music from purple rain and earlier is where I was really feeling him.Sign o the times and later I kind of drifted. But,I like his last two cds that he put out.Prince is a musical prodigy! He's so dynamic and energetic as well as multifaceted! Got to love that!

You lucky one, Ad!

Saw Prince ages ago live and would love to see him again. Even though I prefer his older stuff like Ben but this guy is just a genius and an awesome experience live on stage...

geosoulberlin's Sig:That's it - hopelessly addicted to the voice from Cannock...

I remember quite a few years ago when Glenn said he was going to work

with Prince Whatever happened to that? That would've been

amazing!
