Once again Glenn smoked tonight, along with the other guys that make up VCR in Maui, Hawaii.

Be sure and checkout the highlights featuring Glenn, he and JLT even managed to get a plug in for HTP!!

Fun in Maui

George Nastos "The Greatest Guitarist on the Planet" was also on hand at the festivities in Maui. Wondering if anyone heard a Leslie West/George Nastos Guitar Jam going on?

Very cool...

I had assumed it was Pat Travers accompanying Leslie - pleased to hear George is there with them.

Hopefully he'll be part of the big show on Saturday too, especially when Glenn does You Keep On Moving.

George was there!

Yes indeed. We caught up with him on Saturday afternoon.

Unfortunately, the crew didn't have an amp for him and had to track one down! When they finally found one, it crapped out half way through the taping of Burn on Saturday night! So Pat Travers had to take over the lead spot! Glenn had specifically wanted George on stage for that number. But at least he got to play rhythm for a number of songs with the other performers before the trouble started.

So it probably wasn't a great weekend for George and none of it his fault - he must of been livid. The only upside is that he was in Hawaii of all places, although he was probably thinking of getting the hell out of there
