Seems such a long time ago now, but a snippet from Classic Rock January 2003, as reviewed by Dave Ling:

'Following such restraint, (UJR's more sedate collection of songs) Glenn Hughes' initial enthusiasm could have carried him too far over the top. Often guilty of overdoing the vocal histrionics, Hughes nevertheless levelled out after a magnificent 'Stormbringer' and cruised through five more Purple standards: 'Mistreated','Gypsy',Gettin' Tighter', 'You Keep On Moving' and an immaculate 'Burn'.

... although Hughes' solo version of 'A Whiter Shade of Pale' was an unexpected way to conclude this often demanding three hours-plus of entertainment, few fortunate enough to have been there will forget it.'
