Saw Ritchie & co at the Alexandra Theatre in Brum on Sunday. A great show in front of a full house.
The band comprised RB & CN plus bass, drums, keyboards, violinist/flute & 2 backing singers.
Candice looks and sounds better than ever. They played mostly newer B's Night stuff although also did DP's Soldier of Fortune and 16th Century Greensleeves. RB was in great form, joking with the band and crowd and even played the Hurdy Gurdy

He asked for requests and once all the DP & Rainbow classics had been shouted out Candice said he only ever plays what he wants anyway

As it was billed as the Electric Acoustic tour, RB only played a "proper" electric guitar (his white strat) for 16C G.S and a couple of others but was still "electrifying" (if the puns not too bad) on his other stringed instruments.
They got a standing ovation and came back for 2 encores
Even if you dont like what he is putting out on cd these days, the live gigs still show just what a great performer and crowd puller he is. I enjoyed this a lot more than DP's squashed bananas tour this year.
