Joe Bonamassa Glasgow

Well Guys

You missed a treat - Joe was AWESOME - great sounds, great band, great lights, great show. This guy can play, 2-1/4 hours with no support, not bad for a freebie!

if you get the chance go and see him.

Roll on BCC tour!

Thanks for the report Chris Joe Bonamassa is scheduled to appear at the Peoria Civic Center theater (just a few miles from here) on March 9th. Gotta go to this one as his playing and singing are top notch.

Exclamation A True Blues-Rock Titan

A cold, murky gray day in Peoria turned out to be a fitting backdrop to a blues concert.
Joe Bonamassa' show was outstanding. This guy plays guitar with the clarity of Clapton and the bravado of Bolin.
During the mournful number "Sloe Gin", a lady a few rows back (barely audible) said "Joe you're makin' me cry". This was the kind of effect his playing had on the listener. Be it bluesy or rockin'-he's really an emotive artist.
Tunes from the CD "Dust Bowl" went over really well. During the encore, ZZ Tops' "Just got paid" morphed into "Dazed and confused". The crowd ate it up!
The concert was Two and 1/4 hours of awesome music. Picked up a Joes' trucker hat at the product table
If this is an inkling of what we'll all hear with BBC live - what a powerhouse that will be.

Recently, Jason Shadrick of PremierGuitar.com caught up with Joe Bonamassa on location at the Adler Theatre in Davenport, IA. USA, to give a track breakdown of 3 new songs from Joe's latest solo record, "Dust Bowl". In addition, in Part 3 of this song breakdown series, he talks about Black Country Communion, so be sure to check 'em out
