GuitarFest 2009 - NIA, Birmingham

Glenn will be doing a short electric set on behalf of Yamaha guitars at this year's GuitarFest at the NIA in Birmingham, England on
Saturday, July 11th, 2009.

He will play with Soren Andersen on guitar and possibly Mark Richardson on drums.

on the same day i already have an invite to a 5th birthday party of one of my daughters friends and also a wedding of a good mate from work at a posh hotel.

but i'll miss them all due to going away on holiday the day before

Oh no, Wolfy!!!! That's bad luck! I actually arranged my holiday this year to tie in with Glenns gig in Bulgaria! Luckily Martin didn't object to the change of original plan frpm Egypt too much!!!

David - any idea of times for the NIA thing? Hoping to make it there and back on the day!

GH should be on around 3:00PM...ish...will know for sure nearer the day.

Glenn's set is between 3:00PM-3:45PM local time, so 10:00AM EDT / 7:00AM PDT / 4:00PM CET

Although, I haven't been able to connect yet; hopefully it'll be working from here soon, unless it's a UK only thing

I've got the player pulled up, but can't get anything but a blank, black screen. Too bad

Sadly,I have just returned to the PC after giving up around 3:30pm and going to do a bit of gardening! I managed to catch Glenn saying 'cheerio'.....doh!

Thanks for the link David. I came in on Mistreated and watched until the end. That's the first time I've seen that guy playing guitar w/ Glenn.

That's Soren Andersen and it was his first public performance with Glenn.
