Lightbulb 80 min-700mb

gh peoples-recently i tried to transfer an albums worth of music onto cd -the album being about 120 min in length wouldnt fit on the cd no matter what i tried - so i went to many stores in search of a longer cd than 80 min 700mb and couldnt find one anywhere -now my question is this- is my search in vain or is there a longer cd available anywhere? your responce would be greatly appreciated

well as far as I know TDK has at least cds of 800MB and Inves of 900MB. I've never used them and they are more recommended for data than for audio files but I guess it won't make any difference. Hope this helps

Tony, it seems that the max is 100 min (900MB). Here is an example in the link below. Be carefull because not all writers accept this type of CDs. Hope this helps too !

You might try burning to DVD - these offer the same quality but significantly greater storage capacity; several Gigs in some cases.
