Talking Here we go again

This is a remake of a song i did wrote about 4 years ago.

It's a pretty basic pop song of which i do my usual drum intro and a last verse which is the first one repeated.......hey thats one of me bad habits that i've gotta break from.

One of the many faults while playing it back is that i should given it a faster pace!!!!!!

Cheers....

Great Stuff

Hey Pete,

great stuff, mate! Even I already heard this one in the UK visiting you, it still has magic. Great instrumental work and your voice is extraordinary as always. And btw, thanx for the nice words, my friend! Im blushing...

Since we all still love Tommy Bolin for what he brought to the music scene, I thought about paying a small tribute to this amazing musician. It´s been 29 years these days and even he has never been forgotten, this date is suitable for reminding us in a very special way. Tommy has been an influence to a lot of crossover musicians, he showed that it is possible to bring so many different styles together like jazz, funk, rock, fusion ect.

I wrote a small instrumental tune which is inspired by "Homeward Strut" (which cannot be denied ) which has always been one of my favourite pieces of him. He plays so relaxed, with ease, it is a joy to listen to him.

The Song I wrote, I call it "29 Years".

But to give something very personal to him, I wrote a song called "No Words Can Say It All" which sent shivers down my spine while playing. It gives an atmospherical feeling for the loss we suffered, the whole tragedy. It´s always these kind of "what could have been..." but we never know. We all are glad that Glenn survived these wild times and presents us such wonderful music since then.

Tommy, you are still there. In our hearts.

God bless you.
Achim

Pete, nice one - excellent vocal!

Achim - the tribute to Homeward Strut is amazing, and even is "No Words..." - funnily enough I think that the guitar playing on that one is totally Gary Moore inspired!
I'd like to hear "big production" versions of those two!!!
Echt Hammer-mässig!

Cheers,
Christian

Thanx mate

Hi Chris,

thanks so much for your kind comments, I appreciate very much since I like your musical stuff as well very much, mate!

Sent you a PM, my friend.

Shirean, thanks too! Im glad you like it!Maybe after christmas time Pete and I will stick together again for making another collaboration. He is such an easygoing person, and really great singer, very talented. The biggest reason that I do sing as well is that noone else is there while recording......which could take this part.

Greetings to David as well,
Achim
