I was wondering why Glenn seemed to be singing only during the late 80s-early 90s. The Blues album has Tony Franklin on a couple of tracks while John Leven plays on From Now On.

Question about Glenn's Track On New Christmas Compilation CD

Hi All,

I was hoping someone could shed some light on something for me:

It appears that Glenn has a track on a new 2 CD Christmas compilation that Billy Sherwood has put together. This CD has new tracks by John Wetton, Geoff Downes, etc. and some old tracks by James Brown, Iggy Pop, and so on.

Glenn's track is "O Holy Night", but from the sound clips I've heard I can't tell if this is a new version or the previously released version that came from his "Soulful Christmas" CD.

Does anyone know?

Glenn and Joe Bonamassa played to a sold out crowd last night in West Hollywood, L.A.
at the House of Blues (Sunset Strip).

The song's Glenn joined Joe for were Trapeze's "Medusa" and Deep Purple's "Mistreated" :cool1:

Celebrities a plenty were in attendance as well as many fellow musicians such as Steve Lukather, Brad Whitford,
Elliot Easton and Tal Wilkenfeld :cool:

Today was posted that coluor footage from the band in hOuston had been located. If you are refering to the one that is allreday posted on youtube, we aware that it is a tape loop from the same 1,5 minute footage from the heavy metal pioneers video we all have seen over the years.

Some ultra-rare colour vision of the Deep Purple MKIV line-up playing in Houston, Texas, USA in February 1976 has recently been discovered, in addition to, some classic Trapeze footage from the 'reunion' tour in 1976. Both are only a few minutes in length, but a find nonetheless!

It shows stats on friends and visitors to your site although some stats are only for the last 30 days

Glenn has been asked by Joe Bonamassa to join him live onstage on Thursday, November 12th to perform a couple of classic songs from Glenn's Trapeze and Deep Purple days.

It all takes place @ House of Blues, Sunset Strip (Hollywood) in Los Angeles, as part of the "King of the Blues" Guitar Center contest finals. Tickets can be had through the Ticketmaster link below:

The original dog owner made it clear he didn't want the pup... of course the Hughes' were all over it... she is adorable... Daphne F Hughes... The 'F' is for Friday ('er, it's Friday 2day)!

She's a 3-month old Chihuahua/Daschund mix :thumbsup:
